Pen­nine League set for the fi­nal chap­ter

THE Pen­nine Cricket League reaches the end to­mor­row when, weather per­mit­ting, the last round of fix­tures will be played.

The ti­tles were de­cided last weekend when rain meant no play on ei­ther Satur­day or Sun­day.

Wals­den are Pre­mier­ship cham­pi­ons, and Mid­dle­ton took the Cham­pi­onship ti­tle.

All three lo­cal Pre­mier­ship teams face away games. Lit­tle­bor­ough go to Cromp­ton, Rochdale to Sad­dle­worth, and Nor­den to Stay­ley.

Mil­nrow fin­ish at home against Mid­dle­ton.

Pre­mier­ship: Auster­lands v Greenfield; Cromp­ton v Lit­tle­bor­ough; Glod­wick v Hey­side; Sad­dle­worth v Rochdale; Stay­ley v Nor­den; Wals­den v Mon­ton and Weaste.
