Dale fans turn wall into wonderland
DOZENS of greenfingered Dale fans planted hundreds of pansies and primroses at the Crown Oil Arena this week.
Volunteers helped create a winter wonder wall feature along Sandy Lane.
It follows the success of the original wonder wall planted in the summer.
The feature has transformed the Spotland area and won two awards at the North West In Bloom competition including top marks for the It’s Your Neighbourhood award and Best New Rochdale in Bloom 2017 Feature.
