It’s time to name your health stars
HEYWOOD Middleton and Rochdale Clinical Commissioning Group (HMR CCG) is calling on residents to nominate GPs and GP practice staff who go the extra mile to provide high quality patient care for its annual awards.
The STAR awards – Special Thanks And Recognition awards, which are organised by HMR CCG, aim to celebrate and recognise staff for the excellent work they do to help the CCG deliver its objectives and achieve its vision of healthier people, better future. The People’s STAR (Nancy Fallon Memorial award) is voted for by the public and patients and will go to a GP, practice manager, practice nurse, GP receptionist or healthcare worker who is deserving of special recognition for their high quality, compassionate and individualised patient care.
To make a nomination, describe up to 200 words why the nominee deserves to win, fill in a form at hmr. nhs.uk/hmrstarawards and email it to hmrcommunications@ nhs.net, or ask for a form at your GP and post it to HMR STAR Awards, Freepost RTGA-LJBY-SYAB, NHS HMR Clinical Commissioning Group, PO Box 100, Rochdale OL16 9NP before the closing date on July 20.
