A FORMER Conservative Club, baptist church and cricket ground are set to be sold off at auction.
Bacup Conservative Club, on Irwell Terrace, is expected to fetch up to £150,000.
Planning permission was granted in 2015 to convert the premises into flats.
The Grade-II listed Waterbarn Baptist Church and Cricket Ground, in Stacksteads, is also set to go under the hammer with a guide price of £130,000.
The lot also includes the former community centre, adjoining fields and pavilion buildings.
The auction will be held on Tuesday, September 12 at the AJ Bell Stadium in Manchester from 12noon.
