LOUISE Anne Livesey, 32, of Newchurch Road, Bacup, pleaded guilty to three counts of com­mit­ting fraud by dis­hon­estly mak­ing false rep­re­sen­ta­tion, at Burnley Mag­is­trates court. She was given a 12-month con­di­tional dis­charge or­der and or­dered to pay £66.91 com­pen­sa­tion.

GARY Sut­cliffe, 54, of York­shire Street, Bacup, was found guilty of us­ing threat­en­ing, abu­sive or in­sult­ing words or be­hav­iour, at Black­burn Mag­is­trates Court. He was given a 12-month com­mu­nity or­der with a 20-day re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion ac­tiv­ity re­quire­ment, a 12-month re­strain­ing or­der and or­dered to pay £50 com­pen­sa­tion and £100 costs.
