CASES heard at Burnley Magistrates Court:
KHALID Amin, 27, of Park Street, Haslingden, pleaded guilty to carrying on a licensable activity without a licence. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay £261.32 costs.
JONATHAN Allen Radford, 25, of Farholme Lane, Bacup, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was given a six-month conditional discharge order and ordered to pay £85 costs.
KAYLEIGH Louise Vickers, 23, of Staghills Road, Rawtenstall, pleaded guilty to drink driving and using a car without insurance. She was fined £120, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks if she completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
FRANKIE Lee Taylor, 25, of Primrose Street, Bacup, pleaded guilty to theft and while subject to a conditional discharge order. He was given a 12-month community order with 40 hours unpaid work. CASES heard at Blackburn Magistrates Court:
SHAUN James Wood, 27, of Windsor Court, Oldham, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified in Whitworth and using a car without insurance. He was given a 12-week jail sentence, suspended for two years, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 19 months.
ZAHID Shafiq, 26, of Blackburn Road, Haslingden, pleaded guilty to harassment and breaching a non-molestation order. He was given a 12-month community order with a 25-day rehabilitation activity requirement, 80 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £85 costs.
RICHARD Charles Evans, 42, of Burnley Road East, Water, pleaded guilty to three counts of shoplifting. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge order and ordered to pay £41.96 compensation.
ROSS Hoyle, 20, of Thorn Bank, Bacup, pleaded guilty to resisting a constable in the execution of his duty and failing to comply with supervision requirements after his release from prison. He was fined £50 and ordered to pay £50 costs.
