MR Arthur Feast, of Craw­shaw Hall, Craw­shaw­booth, died on Tues­day, Septem­ber 26, aged 89.

He was a re­tired elec­tri­cian and worked in Bury Gen­eral Hos­pi­tal.

He was also an ex-foot­baller and played for Tran­mere Rovers, Pre­ston North End and Liver­pool South. He en­joyed dog walk­ing. He leaves daugh­ters Elaine, Gil­lian and step­daugh­ter Carol, sons-in-law Paul, Stan and Tony, grand­chil­dren Lisa, Ni­cholas, Lind­say, An­thony, Cas­san­dra and Wil­liam, much-loved great-grand­chil­dren and sis­ter Jean.

His fu­neral ser­vice was held on Wed­nes­day, Oc­to­ber 4, at Eden­field Parish Church fol­lowed by cre­ma­tion at Ac­cring­ton.
