Your little horrors come out for fright night

AHOST of spooky activities at Thorn Primary School in Bacup built up to its Halloween Disco.

An Autumn Festival to celebrate achieving the RHS Level 3 Gardening Award saw each class work hard to weed, cut back and replant their class raised beds in a spooky Halloween theme. Families showed off their creativity with some fantastic carved pumpkins.

Children, families and friends had a great time playing Crazy Golf and enjoying a Spooky Trivia Quiz in the Forest School Area, along with apple bobbing.

There was also Pumpkin Soup, Parkin, Pumpkin Cake and Chocolate Apples.

Meanwhile creatures of all shapes and sizes crept out of dark corners across Rossendale to celebrate the spookiest time of the year.

We asked for your pictures of your Little Horrors getting dressed up for Halloween parties - and you didn’t disappoint. Here are some of our favourite photos.
