Mind­set Mat­ters – Im­prove your Sports Per­for­mance: A fo­cused but re­laxed day aimed at young peo­ple aged 10 to 15 who take part in com­pet­i­tive sports, led by course tu­tor Gill Smith. You and your child will learn tech­niques to help un­der­stand how the mind con­trols the body and how to eas­ily in­te­grate pos­i­tive think­ing and growth mind­set tech­niques into train­ing and com­pe­ti­tions, what­ever the sport.
