CASES heard at Burnley Magistrates Court:
MARTIN Thompson, 36, of Herbert Street, Stacksteads, was found guilty of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver to police. He was fined £180, ordered to pay £85 costs and given six points on his driving licence.
CHRIS Oldfield, 24, of Eastfield Road, Norton, Malton, pleaded guilty to drink-driving in Haslingden. He was fined £346, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by 13 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
ADAM Bradbury, 26, of Waterbarn Lane, Bacup, pleaded guilty to using threatening, asubsive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. He was fined £615 and ordered to pay £85 costs.
JOSEPH Riley, 22, of Spodden Cottages, Whitworth, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was fined £423, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 23 months, reduced by 23 weeks if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State. CASES heard at Blackburn Magistrates Court:
WAYNE Dolan, 43, of Roundtree House, Oldham, pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting in Bacup, having articles for use in the course of or in connection with a theft in Rawtenstall and using a car without insurance. He was jailed for 15 weeks and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
