I can’t afford to go

Rugby World - - The Fans’ View - Andrew Leigh Rome, Italy Tom Price Emsworth, Hampshire

I feel increasingly priced out of experiencing live rugby. Tickets for games at my team Harlequins range from £30-£60 and for England v Argentina in the autumn cost £50-£90.

And there are other costs – I travel to Twickenham by train, which is £35. At the ground, I pay through the nose for drinks and snacks.

I feel rugby matches are becoming more exclusive.

Big day out Is Premiership rugby becoming too expensive to attend?
