Bent over with rope attachment between legs and cable machine behind, use hamstrings and hips to pull up and stand straight.
FRONT SQUAT BARBELL CATCH ▼ 5 x 3 REPS
With bar in front squat position, drop into a quarter-squat and explode up until bar briefl y leaves shoulders, not locking elbows.
CUED CHANGE OF DIRECTION ▼ 4 x 3 REPS EACH SIDE
Race towards a cone that is 10m away. Close to the cone, cut right or left, planting the driving leg hard and accelerating 5m away.
