TEENAGER STABBED IN FIGHT OUT­SIDE PUB

SHOCK­ING CCTV footage has been re­leased by po­lice af­ter a teenager was stabbed fol­low­ing a fight out­side a pub in Hayes .

The im­ages show two men attacking the vic­tim near a road while mem­bers of the pub­lic look on.

The teenager is in a se­ri­ous con­di­tion in hos­pi­tal, the Metropoli­tan Po­lice said.

The 18-year-old was stabbed twice out­side Mu­sic Box in Bourne Av­enue late on Fri­day Septem­ber 8.

One of the wounds in his back punc­tured his kid­ney, liver, lung and a ma­jor artery and he re­mains in a se­ri­ous con­di­tion in an east Lon­don hos­pi­tal.

He also suf­fered a sec­ond wound to his up­per right arm, which went to the bone. Po­lice were called to the scene out­side the pub at around 10.39pm and have launched an at­tempted mur­der in­ves­ti­ga­tion, but have not yet made any ar­rests.

Po­lice are ap­peal­ing for in­for­ma­tion about the two men in the video, who are wanted for ques­tion­ing.

The first sus­pect was wear­ing light­coloured trousers and a grey hooded top at the time, while sus­pect two is de­scribed as a white man with short dark hair, wear­ing dark coloured trousers and a darker coloured top.

DC Emma Brookes, from Hilling­don CID, said: “We are keen to iden­tify the men in the CCTV footage who ap­pear to at­tack the vic­tim in a vi­o­lent and sus­tained at­tack. We would also urge any­one who wit­nessed the in­ci­dent to con­tact us.”

No ar­rests have been made and en­quiries con­tinue.
