RESTRAINING ORDER

A DEFENDANT from Runcorn has received a conditional discharge and restraining order after damaging a front door in Runcorn.

David Cummins, 33, of Petersgate, Murdishaw, pleaded guilty at North Cheshire Magistrates’ Court.

Legal papers said the door was worth about £100 and belonged to a woman.

The restraining order commands Cummins not to contact his victim or enter her street address until February 2, 2020.

He was told to pay a £20 surcharge and £85 costs.
