Eat Fat, Get Lean
When you’re choosing dairy, fat’s the way to do it
Runners often reach for low-fat options when choosing
dairy, but new research2 suggests full-fat could be better for your health and waistline. In the study, women who ate more full-fat dairy gained less weight over 11-years than those who opted for low-fat alternatives. And research from Lund University in Sweden has found a higher full-fat dairy intake was associated with a lower risk of type 2 diabetes.
