Go like Mo Hills and speed, togther at last
You may do hill training and speedwork, but do you do them in the same session? Mo Farah does: he’ll run 10 x 200m intervals on grass, with 200m recovery jogs; then 10 x 200m hill sprints at equal effort, with walk-down recoveries. There’s also a fourmile warm-up and cool-down. Adapt the session to your fitness by reducing the number and/or length of the efforts.
