Some ad­vice to fel­low run­ners suf­fer­ing with in­juries: strength train­ing works! I’d strug­gled with in­juries for months. Physio helped a lit­tle, but the real im­prove­ments came when I added two strength ses­sions to my weekly sched­ule, tar­get­ing glutes, quads and ham­strings. Three months of hard work is now pay­ing off and I’m look­ing for­ward to an in­jury-free win­ter.
