CAN'T BEET ME SMOOTHIE
1 cooked beetroot, peeled and quartered 100g frozen blueberries 1 small frozen banana 240ml unsweetened almond milk or other milk of choice 240ml coconut water 2.5cm knob fresh ginger, peeled 1 tbsp almond butter
Makes 2 servings
Place the beetroot, blueberries, banana, milk, coconut water, ginger and almond butter in a blender.
Blend on high speed for several minutes until smooth.
