Start this move on all fours. Raise your knees off the floor and, with your core en­gaged, move your op­po­site hand and foot for­ward, keep­ing your arms fairly straight and your hands, knees and feet close to the floor. Move back­wards and for­wards. Roberts sug­gests you should in­crease your speed as you be­come stronger.
