Research says physically active people are happier than those who are more sedentary. But a new study has found that even in the moment of exercise, people rate themselves as happier and that the frequency of activity is also related to feelings of well-being. The researcher­s, from the University of Cambridge, analysed data from over 10,000 people. To come up with their results they used self-reporting and a smartphone app that monitored movement.
