NO. 2: BATH MAT TOE SCRUNCH

Step onto a bath mat or towel af­ter your shower and, us­ing the toes of your right foot, gather up as much of the fab­ric as you can un­der the foot. Then step to the other end of the mat and use the toes of your left foot to flat­ten it back out. While dry­ing your feet, you’ll be build­ing stronger, more sta­ble foot arches.
