NO. 2: BATH MAT TOE SCRUNCH
Step onto a bath mat or towel after your shower and, using the toes of your right foot, gather up as much of the fabric as you can under the foot. Then step to the other end of the mat and use the toes of your left foot to flatten it back out. While drying your feet, you’ll be building stronger, more stable foot arches.
