3/ How long were you awake in the night?

4/ What time did you wake up?

5/ What time did you get out of bed?

6/ How well did you sleep last night?

Now cal­cu­late your sleep du­ra­tion and ef­fi­ciency (time asleep ÷ time in bed x 100). Scores be­low 80 per cent in­di­cate poor sleep.
