NO. 3: THE BEACH TOWEL HOVER
When you’re sunbathing and it’s time to turn over, get onto your elbows and lift your trunk and pelvis clear of the towel to ‘hover’ for 15-45 secs. Face down, this works the abs and shoulders; face up, it hits the hamstrings, glutes and upper back.
