Before you begin your run, take a moment to really locate yourself in your natural surroundings. DRT is not about looking for a PB.
LET THE THOUGHT COME TO YOU
To work through something, hold it lightly at the beginning of the run and then allow it to develop at its own pace. Don’t force it.
ENJOY THE ACCOMPLISHMENT
When you finish, take a moment to connect with yourself and enjoy the sense of peace that comes from completing a run.
