LET THE THOUGHT COME TO YOU

To work through some­thing, hold it lightly at the be­gin­ning of the run and then al­low it to de­velop at its own pace. Don’t force it.

EN­JOY THE ACCOMPLISHMENT

When you fin­ish, take a mo­ment to con­nect with your­self and en­joy the sense of peace that comes from com­plet­ing a run.
