This menstrual cycletracking app aims to help active women adapt their exercise and nutrition to the time of the month. Fitrwoman (fitrwoman.com, free, IOS only) offers daily training advice – and workout and recipe suggestions – tailored to suit the hormonal status associated with each phase of your cycle. For example, our tester learned when her capacity for highintensity interval training was likely to be greatest and when to focus on iron intake. The app also lets you look ahead to plan exercise and nutrition in later weeks.
