BLUE­BERRY BA­NANA BREAD

MAKES 12 SLICES

In a bowl, mash four ba­nanas. Add three eggs and a squeeze of honey.

Add 300g ground al­monds and 1tsp bak­ing pow­der – mix well. Fold in 100g blueberries. Pour into a lined bak­ing tin and place in the oven at 170C for one hour.

Leave to cool. Slice, eat.
