BLUEBERRY BANANA BREAD
Enjoy this healthy recipe before or after a run
MAKES 12 SLICES
In a bowl, mash four bananas. Add three eggs and a squeeze of honey.
Add 300g ground almonds and 1tsp baking powder – mix well. Fold in 100g blueberries. Pour into a lined baking tin and place in the oven at 170C for one hour.
Leave to cool. Slice, eat.
