Stonelaw High School’s PTA held a Ladies Night last month in Rutherglen Bowling Club to raise funds for the school.

It was a well attended evening, with retail therapy and local Rutherglen businesses on hand, including Scissor Paper Stones, Whisk and Stonelaw High Fairtraders, who also had a stall.

Also on offer were relaxation treatments from Energise, Five Little Piggies, Ever Calm Therapy and Purple Daisy Beauty.

The organisers of the night would like to thank Dominoes for providing the buffet, DJ Drew Fraser and Alastair Dick and the Rutherglen Bowling Club.

They also showed their appreciation for some lovely raffle prizes from James Burns, Stems, the Burnside Teapot and Sweet Pea.

All contributions and help went to a great night and raised £500 for the school and the PTA hope to make the ladies night an annual event in the future.
