Anne is an all round worker within the community. Although a quiet person, Anne has worked tirelessly as a fostering person over many years bringing about many changes and covering emergency and short term needs within the old Glasgow area before retiring. This covered a period of over 12 years.
She was also a volunteer at Yorkhill Hospital until a heart attack and a bypass in 2003.
Anne is a committee member for Central Cambuslang Tenants’and Residents’Association, and has been treasurer for the last seven years. Anne has been involved in fundraising in the Cambuslang area for the Kilbryde Hospice.
