Sup­port for those who are griev­ing

The Cam­bus­lang Be­reave­ment Sup­port Group is on hand to sup­port lo­cal peo­ple griev­ing af­ter the loss of a loved one.

The group is avail­able on the first and third Wed­nes­days of each month in the Mor­ris­ton Room of Cam­bus­lang Parish Church, Arnott Way, Cam­bus­lang from 10am un­til noon.

The ser­vice is open to churchgoers and non-church peo­ple alike.

A spokesman said:“We con­tinue to meet on the first and third Wed­nes­day of each month in the Mor­ris­ton Room of Cam­bus­lang Parish Church, A Arnott Way, Cam­bus­lang.

“No ap­point­ment is n nec­es­sary and all who feel the need to talk about a dif­fi­culty they are experiencing with re­gard to a be­reave­ment, ei­ther re­cently or in the past will be lis­tened to and heard, by a group of peo­ple who have been tr trained in th­ese skills.

“We usu­ally of­fer a cup of tea o or cof­fee and it would be your ch choice ei­ther to speak to one of o our sup­port­ers one to one, or sh share if you pre­fer, with oth­ers w who have been in a sim­i­lar si sit­u­a­tion. Please feel free to b bring some­one with you if you w wish.”
