Fernhill School once again showed its generosity to those in need by organising a buddy bake sale in aid of Children’s Hospice Association Scotland (CHAS).

Primaries one and seven teamed up to bake cakes which they then sold to the entire school.

On the day, £400 was raised which has been forwarded to CHAS.

Head teacher Dr Laura Murphy said:“We have a long standing tradition of supporting many charitable organisations and our young people understand that helping others is an integral part of their learning at Fernhill School.

“We are very proud of their efforts.”
