Fair raises church funds
King’s Park Parish Church had fun in the sun earlier this month.
The church, in Castlemilk Road, held its summer fair, which proved to be a huge success.
There were plenty of stalls to keep everyone happy, including bottles, crafts, books, candles, handbags and baking and for the children, a coconut shy, beat the goalie, glitter tattoos and much more.
Refreshments were also available in the form of a strawberry fayre with tea and coffee.
Rev. Sandra Boyd revealed the event raised £1378, and she thanks everyone who took part, whether for organising the event, or for going along on the day to support the fair.
