Stonelaw Saturday study

Rutherglen Reformer - - Stonelaw Reformer -

The time of 9am on Saturday mornings is not a usual one to find pupils at Stonelaw High School.

In the run up to their exams, a herd of bleary eyed pupils were found staggering through Stonelaw’s school gates to attend supported study.

As exam time drew ever closer, students of Stonelaw High were going to these sessions in droves, as over 114 pupils attended recently. These Saturday classes were held on the run up to exams and prelims, and was an opportunity for all pupils to get extra help in a wide variety of subjects.

Pupils were grateful for the opportunity to hone their skills in areas of their choice.

Going on the basis of last year’s results, the impact of additional study will have a positive effect on their results.
