A Castlemilk man pleaded not guilty at Glas­gow Sher­iff Court af­ter be­ing ac­cused of drink driv­ing.

Robert Bell Dick of Ar­den­craig Road pleaded not guilty via a so­lic­i­tor at court on Mon­day ( July 13). On April 18, 2015, on Curtis Av­enue, it is al­leged he was in charge of a mo­tor ve­hi­cle af­ter con­sum­ing al­co­hol, with there be­ing 87 mi­cro­grammes of al­co­hol in 100 millil­itres his breath, with the pre­scribed limit 22 mi­cro­grammes in 100 millil­itres.

The 53- year- old is also ac­cused of pos­sess­ing a weapon in a public place, namely a lock back knife.

He is due to ap­pear at court on Novem­ber 4, bail was con­tin­ued.
