Woman accused of attempt to damage a police vehicle
A Toryglen woman appeared at court this week accused of attempting to damage a police car.
Carolanne Connolly, of Prospecthill Crescent, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
The 31-year-old is accused of committing a breach of the peace by conducting herself in a disorderly manner by shouting, screaming, using abusive language, striking a police vehicle with her fists and attempting to remove a wing mirror from the vehicle.
The alleged incident occurred in Prospecthill Crescent.
Connolly is accused of committing the offence while on bail.
She was granted bail on June 13 at Glasgow Justice of the Peace Court.
She pleaded not guilty to the charge and was ordained to appear for trial on September 8.
