Clutha gig for Dogtooth
A Lanarkshire band are celebrating after becoming the youngest band to play the newly re-opened Clutha.
Larkhall based Craig Morrison (13) is the bassist with mod rockers Dogtooth, who took to the stage at the newlyrefurbished venue.
He was joined in the three-piece by lead singer and guitarist John Hewitson (13) from Kilbirnie and 15-year-old drummer Robert Lanark, who lives in Linwood.
The group, who take influence from The Clash and The Stone Roses, won a battle of the bands competition which gave them the chance to play the venue, record their first EP, and film a music video for their track A Way Of Life in the Clutha.
They covered songs from The Who, The Jam and The Stranglers, and said they were delighted to have the opportunity.
