“The main trip route was Glas­gow to Ed­mon­ton (via Reyk­javik in Ice­land), then Cal­gary, Banff, Jasper, Van­cou­ver, Vic­to­ria, Nanaimo, Whistler, Van­cou­ver and then back to Glas­gow (via Reyk­javik again), tak­ing in many of the beau­ti­ful tourist sights and at­trac­tions on the way.”

Liz added: “Aside from the amaz­ing scenery, cheap petrol and great food, our other main high­lights of trip were see­ing two brown bears, cari­bou and elks walk­ing on the road­side, a tour in the Di­nosaur Pro­vin­cial Park, horse rid­ing in Banff, a din­ing ex­pe­ri­ence in com­plete dark­ness, A walk­ing food tour, and a Jape­nese Tep­pa­nyaki din­ner.”
