Many of our Weight Watch­ers mem­bers are mo­ti­vated to lose weight be­cause they want to look and feel good in their clothes.

There’s noth­ing bet­ter than buy­ing a new item of cloth­ing in a smaller size and feel­ing con­fi­dent that you will look and feel good when wear­ing it.

If you have a spe­cial oc­ca­sion com­ing up soon like a wed­ding, a hol­i­day or a spe­cial birth­day then that in it­self is mo­ti­va­tion to drop a dress size or two. This week is World Health Week. Los­ing ex­cess weight can make such a dif­fer­ence to your health. It is the best rea­son to change your eat­ing habits and to up your ex­er­cise lev­els.

There are so many health ben­e­fits to even los­ing 10 per cent of your cur­rent body weight. Your risk of stroke, type two di­a­betes and heart dis­ease are greatly re­duced by reach­ing this goal.

Many of my mem­bers have en­joyed dras­tic im­prove­ments to health is­sues that they have suf­fered for years.
