There’s nothing better than buying a new item of clothing in a smaller size and feeling confident that you will look and feel good when wearing it.
If you have a special occasion coming up soon like a wedding, a holiday or a special birthday then that in itself is motivation to drop a dress size or two. This week is World Health Week. Losing excess weight can make such a difference to your health. It is the best reason to change your eating habits and to up your exercise levels.
