No home comforts for Lang boss Paul
Cambuslang Rangers boss Paul McColl says he’s about to learn what his team are made of as they face three tough away fixtures in a row.
Lang travel to Ashfield on Saturday before a cup tie with Shotts and then their first ever visit to Junior new boys Gartcairn.
Paul said: “We will see who’s right up for it and ready to roll their sleeves up.
“Ashfield won their first game 6-0 but have lost three since then. It will be a tough game on a tight park.
“They are not the worst, they have maybe been unlucky in these games, maybe with guys injured.”
Paul is also pleased to have a squad of around 20 players having been down to just 13 a few weeks ago.
Chris Gordon and Martin Brogan will miss out this weekend, but the manager doesn’t think that will be a problem
“Every player that’s here is decent enough to start any week,” said McColl
“I wouldn’t be concerned if we had to change the team on any given Saturday.
“We’re getting there, a couple of weeks ago we only had 13 players, but that’s all been changed.”
