Mum is learning

Rutherglen Reformer - - Intimations -

Clare Purvis-Hutchinson is mum to Rosie, seven.

She understands some of the difficulties in getting your child to practise what they are learning in school.

Clare said:“Mornings are somewhat chaotic and rushed in our house so the walk to school is a good time to catch up and get ready for the day ahead.

“We practice reading and counting as often as we can. We do things like reading road signs, playing puzzle games and counting money when shopping.

“It’s important for me because it aids her education and allows her to thrive in everyday circumstances. However, it’s not always straightforward, as Rosie often prefers to play out with friends.”
