Guided bike rides for adults

Rutherglen Reformer - - News -

Camglen Bike Town is organising adult guided rides for less confident cyclists.

The group is staging weekly “easy” rides under the watchful eye of an experienced leader.

The aim is to help people build confidence on a bike and meet other cyclists.

It is hoped that participants will move on to longer monthly weekday rides to stretch legs and improve stamina.

The group meets on Wednesdays from 10am until 1pm for the easy-paced ride and has Go Further Fridays between 10am and 3pm.

Bikes can be provided if you live/work in the G72/G73 area and don’t have your own.

Anyone interested should meet at the Bike Shop in a Box, Downiebrae Road, Rutherglen.

Further information is also available by calling 0141-646 0123.
