Housing plan is given approval
A further 75 new houses will be built at Newton Farm in Cambuslang.
South Lanarkshire Council this week approved the plan by Miller Homes Ltd.
The company intends to build a mixture of four and five-bedroom house types on the site.
A spokesperson for Miller Homes said:“We are delighted that our proposal for 75 family homes at Newton Farm in Cambuslang has been granted approval by South Lanarkshire Council.
“Our plans incorporate a range of four and five-bedroomed detached and linkdetached family homes in an area already proven to be popular with home buyers.
“The site work is due to commence later this year with sales launching early 2016.”
The company said it was not in a position to release pricing information at the moment.
