Denies driving charges
A Castlemilk man faces charges of driving dangerously and at excessive speed.
Damien Henry, of Castlemilk Drive, is also alleged to have passed a car on the inside, narrowly avoiding collision.
It is further claimed that Henry (40), failed to comply with a red light and collided with two oncoming vehicles causing damage to them and injury to some of the occupants.
Henry is then alleged to have abandoned his vehicle.
It is also said that the accused drove without insurance.
All of the offences are alleged to have taken place at Eglinton Street, Glasgow, on August 28, 2013.
This week at Glasgow Sheriff Court he denied the charges and trial was set for November 11.
