Attacked at work
A Toryglen man has pleaded guilty to assaulting an Asda employee.
Alan Usher, of Kerrylamont Avenue, appeared from custody at Glasgow Sheriff Court this week.
Usher ( 31), admitted headbutting, gouging the eye, scratching the neck, biting and spitting on a male worker at the company’s Prospecthill shop on September 16.
He also shouted, swore, made racist remarks and claimed he had a contagious disease.
Sentence was deferred until October 28 and he was remanded in custody.
