Doonin Plant Ltd and Gary Doonin of Douglas Drive are accused of depositing, and causing to be deposited, controlled waste on land without a waste management licence.

It is claimed that the offences happened between July 20, 2012, and May 28, 2013 at New Road Yard, Flemington.

It is further claimed that between July 20, 2012, and October 15, 2013 they kept controlled waste without a waste management licence.

Gary Doonin and Doonin Plant Ltd also face charges that on June 11, 2014, at Flemington, they failed to comply with requirement to remove all controlled waste deposited there.

It is also alleged that between October 16, 2013 and August 18, 2014 they kept controlled waste on that land without a waste management licence.
