Band to play city at Hal­loween

La­nark­shire band Mi­ami Mon­roe are thrilled to be play­ing in Glas­gow this Hal­loween.

The band in­clude Jor­dan Daly, Bren­dan McAleer, and Stu­art Macdon­ald, all from Hamil­ton, with Jamie Bal­sil­lie from Blan­tyre and Jonathan Mollins from Harthill.

The pop -punk group are ex­cited to be cel­e­brat­ing the band’s first birth­day on the date of the gig.

Vo­cal­ist Jor­dan said:“We have got a lot of fans com­ing, it should be a great night. I en­joy be­ing in the band as we are like a fam­ily. It’s a good way to ex­press your­self and help other peo­ple go­ing through some stuff.

“There’s no bet­ter feel­ing than know­ing some­thing we write ac­tu­ally helps an­other per­son in their life.”

Their al­ter­na­tive sound prom­ises to en­ter­tain and en­trance its au­di­ence.

Mi­ami Mon­roe have also just re­leased an EP called Knots and Crosses that is avail­able on iTunes and Spo­tify, and it con­tains four catchy pop-punk songs.

If you want to come along and sup­port the band, they will take to the stage at Nice n Sleazy’s in Glas­gow on Oc­to­ber 31, at 7pm.
