Band to play city at Halloween
Lanarkshire band Miami Monroe are thrilled to be playing in Glasgow this Halloween.
The band include Jordan Daly, Brendan McAleer, and Stuart Macdonald, all from Hamilton, with Jamie Balsillie from Blantyre and Jonathan Mollins from Harthill.
The pop -punk group are excited to be celebrating the band’s first birthday on the date of the gig.
Vocalist Jordan said:“We have got a lot of fans coming, it should be a great night. I enjoy being in the band as we are like a family. It’s a good way to express yourself and help other people going through some stuff.
“There’s no better feeling than knowing something we write actually helps another person in their life.”
Their alternative sound promises to entertain and entrance its audience.
Miami Monroe have also just released an EP called Knots and Crosses that is available on iTunes and Spotify, and it contains four catchy pop-punk songs.
If you want to come along and support the band, they will take to the stage at Nice n Sleazy’s in Glasgow on October 31, at 7pm.
Limited tickets available for £6 each.
