A Rutherglen man faces charges of sectarianism.
Donald Hasson,of Castlemilk Road, is alleged to have behaved in a threatening manner, followed David McGuire and Marc Malloy and shouted, swore and repeatedly uttered sectarian remarks.
It is claimed the offences took place on December 26, 2014, at Castlemilk Road and in a police vehicle.
Hasson (50) faces a further charge that he failed to appear at a diet while on bail.
This week at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Hasson denied the charges and trial was set for January 8, 2016.
A Rutherglen man is alleged to have to assaulted a man and made racial comments.
Allan Ellis (38) of Lochiel Lane, is believed to have punched the man on his face at Lovat Place, Rutherglen on July 13, 2014.
Ellis was also charged with acting in a racially-aggravated manner which caused alarm and distress and uttering racially offensive comments.
This week at Glasgow Sheriff Court Ellis pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Trial was fixed for December 11, 2015.
