Land­lords to dis­cuss changes in law

The next meet­ing of South La­nark­shire Coun­cil Pri­vate Land­lord Fo­rum will take place on Thurs­day, March 31, be­tween 6pm and 8pm at the South La­nark­shire Coun­cil of­fices, Al­mada Street, Hamil­ton.

The key is­sues be­ing dis­cussed are The Pri­vate Hous­ing ( Te­nan­cies) ( Ho u s i n g ) Bi l l , tax changes af­fect­ing the sec­tor, on­line train­ing and work­ing to­gether for a safer Scot­land.

On ar­rival del­e­gates will be asked to reg­is­ter and a buf­fet, tea and coffee will be served.

Pri­vate land­lords who would like to at­tend this event can fill in a book­ing form on the South La­nark­shire Coun­cil web­site.
