Women deny attack
Two women have denied repeatedly punching other women in an alleged homophobic attack.
Diane Bulloch, of Hawthorne Avenue, Cambuslang, and co-accused 41-year-old Esther Cordon, of Hamilton Road, together pleaded not guilty to three charges when they appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court on May 23.
The pair are accused of acting in an aggressive manner by swearing, uttering threats of violence and shouting homophobic remarks at two women on Hawthorn Avenue on January 12, 2016.
They are also accused of repeatedly punching one woman on the head, seizing her by the hair and body and pulling her to the ground, while Bulloch is accused of pulling a second woman to the ground and attempting to kick her on the head.
Bulloch, 34, is further accused of committing the offences having been granted bail on August 17, 2015.
Both women will stand trial at Glasgow Sheriff Court on June 22.
