Teenager admits assault on police officer
A 17- year- old boy from Kings Park has pled guilty to shouting and swearing at his mother and assaulting a police officer.
The teenager committed the offences at Willoughby Drive , Glasgow, on January 17, 2016.
He admitted to shouting and swearing at his mother and police officers and repeatedly uttering threats of violence towards them.
The court also found him guilty of assaulting a male police constable in the execution of his duty by pushing him and striking him on the head with his hand.
He had his not guilty plea of struggling violently with the officers by lashing out with his arms and legs, accepted by the procurator fiscal.
The boy will appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on November 30 when he will be sentenced.
