Identity parade called for
The case against a man charged wth sexual assault has been adjourned until an identity parade is completed.
Anthony Glackin is accused of seizing hold of a woman by the neck, lying on top of her to restrict her movement and touching her private parts from behind and over her clothing at a Glasgow address on December 17, 2015.
He is accused of seizing the same woman and kissing her on the head the previous day, December 16, 2015.
The 36-year-old, from Drakemire Avenue, Castlemilk, is further charged with stealing a quantity of food from Farm Foods on Drakemire Drive on December 17 last year.
At a hearing at Glasgow Sheriff Court on June 8, a second intermediate diet was arranged to allow the crown prosecution service to complete an identity parade and gather statements from witnesses.
Glackin, who denies all charges against him, will return to court on June 28.
