Iden­tity pa­rade called for

The case against a man charged wth sex­ual as­sault has been ad­journed un­til an iden­tity pa­rade is com­pleted.

An­thony Glackin is ac­cused of seiz­ing hold of a woman by the neck, ly­ing on top of her to re­strict her move­ment and touch­ing her pri­vate parts from be­hind and over her cloth­ing at a Glas­gow ad­dress on De­cem­ber 17, 2015.

He is ac­cused of seiz­ing the same woman and kiss­ing her on the head the pre­vi­ous day, De­cem­ber 16, 2015.

The 36-year-old, from Drakemire Av­enue, Castlemilk, is fur­ther charged with steal­ing a quan­tity of food from Farm Foods on Drakemire Drive on De­cem­ber 17 last year.

At a hear­ing at Glas­gow Sher­iff Court on June 8, a sec­ond in­ter­me­di­ate diet was ar­ranged to al­low the crown prose­cu­tion ser­vice to com­plete an iden­tity pa­rade and gather state­ments from wit­nesses.

Glackin, who de­nies all charges against him, will re­turn to court on June 28.
